Ok ok so before everyone freaks out about this week’s special I just want to say we let the cooks pick it… and well some of the capitol hill pizza cooks might be ‘eccentric.’  aka Conrad might be still tripping from burning man five years ago. Goat cheese, strawberries, roasted garlic on an olive oil base.

This week’s special Sam named the “Secret Salami” – goat cheese, red onion, salami and basil. You can’t miss it… its the one with no mozzarella.

This weeks chef special was chosen by Kerry, The April O’Neil: Pineapple, goat cheese, red onion and sriracha.  In the 1987 TMNT animated series, April O’Neil was a television reporter for Channel 6 News.  The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were known for their crazy pizza tastes.  Try this pizza next time you are on Capitol Hill.
