Pizza + MUSIC = Love

Seattle’s beloved Capitol Hill neighborhood is a growing cultural destination. It sits mere blocks from the downtown business district and has long been home to dive bars, music venues, art spaces and obviously, pizza. It’s a place where local music enthusiasts can see a show at a variety of venues; Neumos, Comet Tavern, Chop Suey, or any of the numerous art spaces whose doors are always open to the artistic and cultural communities that thrive in the neighborhood. What, you make ask, is the relation to Big Mario’s New York Style Pizza? MUNCHIES! Since most shows and bars empty before 2am, when Big Mario’s closes, there is a constant line of late-night pizza eaters drooling over our fresh slices. Pizza isn’t the only snack around, there are hot dog stands, fish’n chips and whatever you can dredge up from the Shell station on the corner. So what is it that keeps people coming to Big Mario’s? It’s our radical staff, our delicious take-out late night pizza and the fact that there’s always time to slip in a shot of Fireball before 2am hits.
